We offer a service where we will visit a site in the UK and carry out a survey for you.

The fee is based on the travelling time to the site and the number of rooms (minimum of 4).

The following is an example of a typical house survey:

The property - 12 room property in Sussex.

Option A - Digital plan only, with you providing the survey data

- total costs 12 rooms.

Option B - Survey and digital plan provided by Home-Plan

- 12 rooms (survey) + 12 rooms (digital plan) + 6 rooms (travel) = 30 rooms

Please note:

Travel times are based on counties and will vary accordingly. As new Home-Plan offices open, these prices will be adjusted. For a quotation, please email us or give us a call on 01243 576122.

Rooms are defined as any separate space other than cupboards / wardrobes and closets. Corridors, halls, garages and conservatories are regarded as separate rooms for pricing purposes.
