Refund Policy
Policy for Digital Plan Service
If any digital plan is supplied outside of the agreed time scales, then your “room account” will be refunded to the value of the delayed plan.
If any digital plan is inaccurate in its interpretation of a supplied survey, and this is not found to be due to the accuracy of the survey, then your “room account” will be refunded to the value of the inaccurate plan.
Policy for Survey Service
If a survey is carried out by Home-Plan on your behalf and this survey is found to be inaccurate or lacking in detail, Home-Plan will resurvey the property at no additional charge.
Policy for Supplied Goods
Home-Plan will replace or refund any goods received, which are not entirely to your satisfaction.
