How it works:

Home-plan will supply your office with the tools required to produce a simple floor plan; this will include a pyramid liner (to help with straight lines) and a series of template sheets to ensure all the right information is supplied. We also offer a support service to give initial training to staff on preparing the plans required.

You, or your staff, complete the forms at the time of the initial site visit. If you do not feel confident in preparing the initial sketch plan we offer an additional service where we can visit the property and carry out the survey on your behalf.

The completed pro-forma is then faxed back to our office where it is turned into a digital plan, we can also add indicative furniture layouts if required at this stage.

The completed digital plan is then either e-mailed or faxed back to your office where it can be incorporated into the sales particulars.

Fees for this service are here and are based on the number of rooms.
