Home-plan has created a system called “Room Account” for clients to allow a buffer of service availability to be maintained. In essence, you purchase blocks of “rooms” and these get credited to your account. Then, as you ask for plans or a survey to be carried out, this account is debited. Room prices vary, dependent on the number purchased at any one time, but typically prices are between £6 and £7 per room.

Option A - Digital plan only, with you providing the survey data

- total costs 12 rooms.

Option B - Survey and digital plan provided by Home-Plan

- 12 rooms (survey) + 12 rooms (digital plan) + 6 rooms (travel) = 30 rooms

Rooms are defined as any separate space other than cupboards / wardrobes and closets. Corridors, halls, garages and conservatories are regarded as separate rooms for pricing purposes.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT. The total amount shown charged to your credit card will include the VAT at the standard rate.
